Includes: conducting casting calls, obtaining designers, food/beverage/gift bag sponsorship, photography & videography, hair & make up services, DJ, Banners & Step & Repeat, Promotions/marketing, Venue Search and date scheduling, Create ticket sales and set up, Negotiate Bar Guaranetee depending on establishment.
Coordinating client networking events $1500.00-$2500.00
Includes: Venue Search and date scheduling, Photography & videography, Giftbags as well food and beverage sponsorship, Banner, Step and Repeat Services, Negotiate Bar Guarantee depending on establishment, DJ
Coordinate Client Seminars/Training Programs, Fundraisers & Charity Events $500-$2000.00
Includes: Venue Search and date Scheduling, Create Ticket Sales and Set up, Marketing, Promoting and Advertising, Food & Beverage as well as Gift bag sponsorship, Photography & Videography
Prices Packages are subject to change depending Client Budget. Open negotiations are available to ensure long lasting relationships with our clients.
Payments can be accepted via Paypal or credit/debit card services. Payments can be made in two installments which are due upon first day of Katwalk Katerers beginning services and day before scheduled event.
Cancellation fees are half of the pricing package that Katwalk Katerers and Client agreed upon for our services. Cancellations must be made within three weeks of said event.
